The display screen is clear and easy to navigate, showing menu number, loaf size, crust color, timer, extra nuts add-in reminder, delay function status, beep sound setting, and cycles (stages of the baking process).

The well-organized buttons ensure easy use. MENU buttons select the menu. CYCLE and TIME buttons can choose the cycle and set the cycle time length in the #19 CUSTOM menu. LOAF SIZE and CRUST COLOR buttons adjust size and color, and holding both for mutes or activates alert beeps.

With your Briskind bread machine, all you have to do is decide which of our fabulous recipes you want to try, and then just add ingredients and select a menu option, crust color and loaf size. The automatic bread machine will do the rest.

* The Loaf Size, Crust Color and Delay Timer adjustment function of some menus are not applicable. ** During the bread making, you can press and hold STOP button 3 seconds to stop the bread machine if needed.

When bread baking is done, an audible signal 10 of long beeps will sound to remind you to remove the bread from the bread machine. Meanwhile, the bread machine will automatically switch to the “keep warm” function, and your bread will be kept warm for 60 minutes in this cycle.
